And I have to say, after a week of reading this and listening to the CD twice a day, I can't say that I'm really putting forth an effort to slim down, but I do find that I'm just less interested in eating things or cqn that I really "shouldn't" be eating. Paul McKenna's method does! I really trying to give it a shot, and so far I feel a bit better every day. I felt good reading it and I am stiving to fit his philosophies into my life.
